Too bad it had to end...

So what did you all think of the ending of Breaking Bad? Personally, I felt that everything was wrapped up a bit too tightly without enough loose ends. But all told, it was a great show. I hate to see it go.

I bailed after two seasons. Curiously enough, I enjoyed the two seasons I watched. I thought they were very well written, acted and produced, even if it was a leap of faith to buy into the premise. And then suddenly both Tuffy P and I lost interest. I guess neither of us wanted to invest any more into that story or those characters. When we were watching it, we didn't know many other people who were watching it as well, but lately it seems as if everyone I know has not only watched it, but loved every last morsel of the thing. I know, I know, we missed the greatest television in the history of the universe and all that. Maybe one day I'll see the error of my ways and go back and watch the rest of it. For now though, I'm OK with being a Breaking Bad outsider.

I liked Mad Men even better, but Breaking Bad should be congratulated for creating characters that were interesting, idiosyncratic, and never exactly what the viewers expected.
