It is (I hope) completely innocent, but that picture looks insanely inappropriate. As though the caption should be "After the women's beach volleyball team fails to win gold, the President spanks them... and they like it." Seriously, what the heck is going on there?
I think this is where the "Don't ask, don't tell" policy kicks in. I think the guy in the background is yelling at the cameraman to stop taking pictures.
