Unreal. Someone in D.C. has been arrested for having a point 0.03 blood alcohol content. That's what--the equivalent of being tested about two ours after havinng a single 12 oz. Coors Light. I think we need to start testing our Congressmen for the percentage of laughing gas in their blood.
